It’s another day that the Lord has made...back to the ministry of abused women. It’s painful to see countless ladies who are suffering in day-to-day life without hope. They do not know where their next hope will come from.  It is a devastating thing to learn of what my precious mom and sisters are passing through! He has called us not only to see them in a safe home, but also to see them growing spiritually and abiding on Him who is the HOPE of the world. Its sweet pain serving them, hearing their stories--and listening what the Lord is doing in their lives.  We thank God for Mai Jan and the entire time of stepping in by faith and becoming part of a solution to the African ladies who are abused beyond explanation

The passing away of Cathy at only age 30 , was a tragedy to our mission--leaving behind the handsome young boy of only 6 years of age.  The boy has no one to look after him; it’s another thorn in us. You see, when we deal with the abused women, keep in mind that, we also have the abused children.

There are thousands of stories here, that blows your mind. This is why the Lord has deposited in us this grace to be able to come out with at least a lasting solution to these epidemic needs. I will close with this one story:

Your one time or full time gift will help us bring the real and true transformation which will result in rays of hope. Please go to “Contact Us,” on www.tamarsvoice.org and we will get in touch with you.

OUR VISION AND MISSION

Women in Kenya suffer horrific abuses--husband beatings, abandonment, rapes, HIV/AIDS, dire poverty, starvation, homelessness, and most of all HOPELESSNESS!

This rescue centre will provide a place where the women can come with their children for safety.  While there, they will receive healing, be restored, and taught skills to help sustain themselves and their children.  In so doing, they will give back to their communities.  This is the HOPE of Africa!

When completed, this home will house up to 20 women and their children.

PLEASE CONSIDER HELPING US REACH THIS URGENT NEED.
